Ricky is an experienced private practice group administrator who holds multiple roles in our practice. Their primary role is to help you have a good first experience with our practice as you are looking for therapy. Ricky acts as our client coordinator for new client first meetings (intakes). You might email with or speak to Ricky when you are scheduling a first time appointment, providing insurance information, or enrolling in groups. They can help you find the right therapist within the practice or direct you to other resources if we are not the right place for you. For our existing clients, they can help you get in touch with your provider, send invoices, update your info for payments, make appointments, or update your address.
